| Q: How can I Calculate my shipping cost? A: If you add the products you require to the shopping basket and go to your cart, now select your shipping country and click on the update totals link. This will now give you your shipping cost and product totals; if your order is now complete you may proceed to checkout to pay for your order. Q: How long before I get my brake lines? A: All brake lines are made to order at the Goodridge factory before being tested and dispatched to you.Due to the vast variety of colours and materials Goodridge offer and Depending on how busy they are please allow 3-14 days for this,However if your order is pretty standard then this can take 2-3 days Q: Is VAT applicable? A: All Prices shown in the store include VAT.Shipments within the UK/EU have VAT (Value Added Tax) applied at the current rate. VAT is not added to shipments to countries outside of the UK/EU; customers must settle any local taxes and duties due, as it is not the responsibility of Brakes4u Ltd. Q: What if I have not recieved the correct parts I ordered? A: Mistakes sometimes happen and if you receive the wrong parts you will need to return them to us and we will forward the correct parts onto you and if its our error we will pay shipping costs. Q: What if I have ordered the wrong kit what can I do? A: If you have ordered the wrong kit you have 14 days to return it to us for a replacement or a refund.You will be responsible for the shipping costs. |
