 What superb service, Only discussed issue with you yesterday afternoon and goods arrived before 8 o'clock this morning. Wife didn't know that there was two 8 o'clocks in the same day!!

Delivery

All Goodridge brake lines are made to order due to the vast variety of materials and colours we have available. This normally takes around 2/7 days depending on stock availability but do recommend allowing 14 days for delivery. All stock items are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm.Delivery is normally within 1/3 working days (uk) from cleared payment except where stated.
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods purchased you may return them at your postal cost within a reasonable time from receipt of the goods. You must inform us in writing no later than 7 days after the day of delivery. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.  It is your responsibility to take care of the goods. 
It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address,  and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
